TechnoAce follows a strict no return and refund policy. Once a project has been initiated and development work has commenced, cancellation or refund requests will not be entertained under normal circumstances.

2. Non-Refundable Advance Payment

  • All advance payments made at the time of signing the project agreement are non-refundable.
  • The advance is used for initial planning, research, consultation, and resource allocation.

3. Refunds in Exceptional Cases

Refunds may be considered only under exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • If TechnoAce is unable to deliver the project due to unforeseen internal challenges or resource constraints.

In such a case:

  • The refund will be calculated based on the remaining balance after deducting costs incurred for the work completed.
  • If approved, the refund will be credited to the original method of payment within 10 days.

4. No Cancellations Post-Initiation

Once the project has entered the development phase:

  • No cancellations will be accepted.
  • All payments made up to that point will be treated as non-refundable.
  • Refunds, if any, will follow the conditions stated in Section 3 above.

5. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any disagreement or dispute regarding payments:

  • TechnoAce is committed to resolving the issue in a fair and transparent manner.
  • If a refund is deemed appropriate during the resolution process, it will be processed as per the refund timeline —
    credited to the original method of payment within 10 days of approval.
