Termination

  • Either party may terminate the service agreement by providing written notice.
  • Termination by the client after project initiation may result in additional charges for work completed up to that point.

Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved amicably through mutual discussion.
  • If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be settled under the jurisdiction of courts located in Jaipur, India.
